St. Matthew Church has always supported Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA) missionaries through our Benevolence offering.

Our Sunday Church School supports additional missionaries with a monthly offering and prayer: Ray and Marlene Kornbau's radio ministry in France; Mitch and Vicki Spangler's ministry to young people in England through Global Mission Outreach; and the Walt Johnston video/CD ministry in the Philippines through SEND (Starting churches where there are none by Evangelizing the unreached, Nurturing disciples and Developing leaders from among the national people)..
